• Shuttles will begin running at 5:00 PM to allow ample time for guests to arrive.

  • Pick-up/drop-off location: Fire Station 21, 10105 Vivera Dr, La Mesa, CA 91941.

  • At the end of the event, shuttles will continue running until everyone is off the mountain.

  • Estimated load-out time is approximately 1.5 hours to transport ~300 guests.

  • Uber and ride share vehicles must drop off at the gate, not beyond it.

  • This helps prevent vehicles from getting stuck between shuttles and improves pedestrian safety by reducing traffic.

  • AWO Parking attendants will be in the dirt lot to help assist parking vehicles near 10105 Vivera Dr.

  • Ticket check-in can be done as guests board the shuttles, as we do for ticketed events.

  • Fewer cars overall is strongly preferred for safety and traffic flow.

  • The dirt lots do not have designated handicap spaces.

  • Handicapped guests may be dropped off in the park; however, drivers should be prepared for delays due to shuttle traffic.

  • Depending on volume, drivers may either:

    • Park in the dirt lot within the park at Sunrise Point, or

    • Return to the Fire Station parking lots.

  • We communicate in advance that guests requiring accommodations must contact us by a specified date.

  • If guests are able to park on dirt or unload on the road, we will have at least one wheelchair-accessible shuttle available.
