We’re so excited to see you at auditions! Arms Wide Open offers two dynamic theatre programs that celebrate creativity, inclusion, and the power of performance.
Rising Stars is designed for individuals of all ages with special needs or disabilities, giving every performer the opportunity to be heard, shine on stage, and take part in amazing musical productions.
Rising Stars next show will be “Wonderland”. Auditions will take place on January 8th, 2027. Sign up in below.
Show will take place in June, 2027, venue TBA.
Our program INSPIRE is an inclusive theatre arts experience where performers of all abilities come together to celebrate one another and create spectacular, high-caliber shows.
Inspire next show will be “All Shook Up The Musical”. Auditions will take place on January 17th, 2027. Sign up below.
Show will take place in July/Aug of 2027. Performances will take place at Mt. Helix Amphitheater. Specific dates TBA.
Auditions Requirements:
Inspire Auditions: Please prepare a 1:35 second song of your choice that best showcases your singing and acting skills. Please bring a resume and head shot. Be prepared for a dance call back that will take place the following day.
Rising Star Auditions: Prepare a 1:35 second song or dance of your choice that best showcases your skills. Be prepared for a dance call back that will take place the following day.
Arms Wide Open two theatre programs have specific requirements to participate in a production to remain eligible.
Rising Stars
Designed exclusively for individuals with disabilities or special needs ages 8+
Participants must be enrolled in an Arms Wide Open class.
Each cast member is required to pay a production/costume fee.
Wonderland ages 12+
Inspire
Designed for all abilities. Age restrictions may apply depending on title.
Participants must pay a production/costume fee.
All Shook Up ages 15+
